Shipping policy

We currently deliver across India to all metros and non-metro cities.

We have tied up with reliable logistics partners that ensure reliable delivery of all products across cities. We try our very best to ensure that there are no delays in shipments, but sometimes it's beyond our control.

GENERAL SHIPPING TIMELINES:

  • We generally pack the products within 24 working hours from the time of placing the order. In case the product is made to order, the timelines for getting the product ready would be mentioned on the that product page.

  • Our logistics partners are notified once the product is ready for dispatch. They pick up the product from our warehouse and dispatch it to your location.

  • The general timelines for delivery post pickup is 2-5 days, depending upon the distance from our warehouse in Gurugram (Haryana) to the delivery location.

  • If your order value is INR 699/- or above and any nearby airport is attached to the pincode of delivery location, we arrange priority delivery via Air so that it reaches you within 2 days.

  • Our operations are live across all working days (except Sundays and National Holidays)
