Refund policy

We are happy to offer a 7 day, no-questions-asked return (with full refund) & replacement policy for unused and unworn items.

Procedure for return:

  • To return your order, please keep the package ready and include the original invoice.
  • Raise the return request by contacting our customer care over whatsapp on 9828438435 or over email at support@thesundook.com and we will arrange a return shipment for you.
  • It is suggested that you share us the photo of the product before handing the package to our courier partner.
  • You should provide us the UPI ID or the bank account details in which you would like us to refund the order amount.
  • You shall ensure that the product to be returned remains unused. The tags and the packaging of the product are also to be kept intact and untampered by the Customer.
  • For areas where return facility is provided by our logistics partner, we will arrange a reverse pickup for the product to be returned.
  • However, for areas where return facility is not provided by our logistics partner, you can use your own partner and ship it to our warehouse. Shipping and handling charges, as well as taxes and duties will be reimbursed by us to you at the time of refund. In such case, please address your returns to:

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards

Terms of Replacements

Replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.  If the product is not replaced, then it shall be refunded.

We shall ship the replacement only once we have received the confirmation from our shipping partner regarding the reverse pick-up of the product from the User.

Refund Policy:

Refunds shall be processed in the mode and manner prescribed below:

1) We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

2) The refund shall be initiated within 2 working days from the date of receipt of product at our warehouse.

3) In case of failed attempt at delivery (for prepaid orders), the product(s) shall be returned to our warehouse and we shall cancel the order and refund the money by contacting the User within 2 working days from the date of receipt of product(s) at our warehouse.

4) In case the order is cancelled before the delivery (for prepaid orders), the refund shall be initiated within 7 working days.
